1. Check-in time starts 4 PM. Early check-in is possible only if housekeeping finalizes cleaning before that time. Otherwise, if you need luggage storage before check-in time lobby space is available.

2. Check-out time is 11AM. Housekeeping will arrive after that time to prepare apartment for next customers.

3. Registration: All Guests are required to make official registration upon arrival according to TM30 Thai Immigration Law. A copy of your passport must be submitted to immigration on the day of your arrival.

4. Cleaning: Short term up to 3 days rental fee covers single cleaning following your departure. We can arrange cleaning during your stay for a fee paid directly to the staff on site. Current fee is 1500 THB per cleaning.

Intermediate term up to 4 days rental gets complementary light cleaning on 2nd or 3rd day. If you require more frequent cleaning, we can arrange it for a fee paid directly to the staff on site. Current fee is 1500 THB per cleaning.

Long term 5 days and up rental gets complementary light cleaning every 3 days. If you require more frequent cleaning, we can arrange it for a fee paid directly to the staff on site. Current fee is 1500 THB per cleaning.

5. Staff may enter the premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, or repair in all instances. The owner shall give Guest reasonable notice prior to such entry, except for those of emergency.

6. Guests shall, upon check out date, vacate and return the room in the same condition which was received.

7. Guests must not disturb the peace of other Guests in this condominium.

8. It is prohibited for Guest to smoke in the room.

9. It is prohibited for Guest to bring any pets or animals into this condominium.

10. It is prohibited for Guest to keep illegal items in this condominium such as illegal weapons, bombs, dangerous chemical substance, acid substance, alkaline substance, or any stinking items.

11. Lost key cards will be charged at THB 600 per set.

12. Guests will take responsibility for any damage.
